3. Protocol against Harassment (Work and Sexual):

We maintain zero tolerance for any form of harassment, whether work-related or sexual. This protocol clearly defines what is considered harassment, establishes the mechanisms to prevent, detect and address these situations confidentially and with due guarantees for all parties involved.
